What is the EUSR?
The Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) is the online register of training and skills for the energy and utilities industries. Individuals that have undertaken an EUSR training and/or assessment on one of the schemes have these recorded against their EUSR registration.
An individual’s EUSR registration record may hold more than one scheme registration and each one may have differing expiry dates. Individuals are issued with a unique EUSR ID number and a EUSR card (photo ID card) which also displays the current endorsements and expiry dates.
What Do the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) Do?
The EUSR collaborate with employers, stakeholders and regulators to support the recruitment, training and up-skilling of the energy and utilities sector workforce.
Most of their training schemes and programmes are based on standards which they have developed in collaboration with employers, whilst some are based on other recognised industry or national occupational standards or qualifications. In all cases the EUSR use their expertise in the design and development of training and assessment to make sure they are valid and relevant.
