Tom McComb the trainer delivered the course in such a manner that not only kept the attention of the class, but tinged with humour so that it was made interesting and easy to follow and to remember the main points when returning back to site. We would highly recommend Tom to teach this course again and look forward to sending additional operatives to being taught by Tom. A slight criticism would be that the postcode takes you to a lorry park approx 200 yards from the training venue.
