The course material was very good and the examples given helpful. It could have been condensed into three days as opposed to four but it is appreciated this might not be preferable to all who attended.

I felt as though the course material was good but the instructor read from the paperwork and did not really deviate much from the book. When we asked questions I felt as though I did not get some of the answers I was after in particular a question about a fire exit. The venue was good although it could have been better signposted from the beginning of the industrial estate as I found the estate okay, I just struggled finding the building on the first day.

Great course covers a lot but is presented in relaxed, friendly and interactive way making it easier to absorb - Friendly, Knowledgeable and approachable instructor - overall very good - would recommend to anyone
