The overall experience was great! The trainers were fantastic; knowledgeable and entertaining and also made us work hard.

The quality of the tutor was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and put the course across in a context that all could understand. Bearing in mind that the diversity of the course ran from Health Care professionals to Off Shore Engineers.

The refreshments were not always delivered on time and on several occasions we had to ask for them to be brought in. It would have been nice to have biscuits with the tea and coffee. The lunch was good.
