Envico Ltd will at all times comply with the General Data Protection Regulation to ensure that we keep your data secure. In addition steps are taken to prevent any unauthorised access to your information. Envico Ltd take the privacy of its users’ and providers’ data very seriously. Envico Ltd operate and are registered in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation

Collection and Use of Data
We collect data from a variety of different sources, which might include personal data, and these include:
- When users make bookings from the website.
- When providers forward information on services to the website.
- Via email subscriptions.
- When you speak to our customer services personnel;
- By direct data capture, for example through the collection of data from user or provider surveys.
- Through less obvious data capture such as analysis of pages most frequently visited, search phrases that you use and the use of cookies.
To process bookings we need to collect certain personal information, such as names, telephone numbers, addresses, and credit/debit card numbers. This is a necessary part of the process to fulfil bookings and provides users and providers with the services they expect.
Some information and e-mails sent to Envico Ltd may be used as testimonials but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed.
Envico Ltd will not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Unless we have your consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties, as outlined below:
- Where the data is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us, for example, it is essential to release certain personal data to Providers for bookings to be processed successfully, and only as necessary in order to complete a transaction that you specifically request
- Where the parties are employees of Envico Ltd or a member of the same group of companies.
- To professional and IT advisers bound by their own codes of practice of non-disclosure.
- If legally obliged to by a UK Government agency.
If consent is obtained for using your personal information for marketing purposes, we may use the information you provide to tell you about other offers from Envico Ltd or its trading partners. Envico help existing customers in maintaining their health & safety compliance by sending reminder emails relating to certificate expiration dates, information relating to updated legislation and training offers via regular newsletters.
