Booking a Health and Safety Course
- Envico accepts firm bookings through the website and by email. In making such bookings clients accept this ‘Bookings and Cancellations Policy’.
PAYMENT
- Course fees are payable in full after a provisional booking has been made. A provisional booking is a booking made online or offline including the acceptance of Envico booking policy. An invoice will be raised for every online and offline provisional booking made. An invoice sent to a business can be paid by debit card, credit card, cheque or bank transfer. If a provisional booking is made in the name of an individual and not a business payment is taken over the telephone by debit or credit card after the provisional booking has been made. A business paying by cheque or BACS should return payment in full after the provisional booking has been made. Places on courses and dates requested can not be confirmed or guaranteed until full payment has been received.
-
Envico operates on a predominantly business to business basis. Payment by corporate credit card will incur a 2.5% surcharge. This will not be applicable to business owners or individuals using their personal credit card. Payments made by debit card will not incur a surcharge.
- The acceptance of a purchase order number is entirely at the discretion of Envico. In the event Envico agree to accept a purchase order number instead of payment in advance of the course this will confirm your place(s) on the course and therefore standard cancellation terms will apply. In the event Envico will not accept a purchase order, full payment is required to confirm a place on a course.
-
In line with Government guidelines, Envico Ltd, reserve the right to charge Statutory Interest [8% plus the Bank of England base rate on Business to Business transactions], in relation to any late payments. Envico Ltd also reserve the right to claim Debt Recovery costs on late payments, in line with Government guidelines.
CREDIT AND REFUND TIMESCALES
In the unlikely event that a course booked is cancelled by the training provider due to unforeseen circumstances, Envico Ltd will do all it can to transfer the delegate(s) onto the most suitable alternative course (please note that the cost of the course may vary as it may be with a different training provider). If the alternative(s) offered are not suitable, Envico Ltd will either raise a credit note or offer a full refund. All credit notes and refunds must be taken within a period of 12 months from the date of the credit note. Any request after this period will be considered invalid.
COURSE JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
Envico’s standard procedure advises the client that on the day payment is made, the client will receive course joining instructions – these will be delivered to the email address provided by the client at the time of booking. The date joining instructions are issued is recorded within our information systems and assumed received by the client.
Envico cannot be held responsible for when or if a client checks that they have received the instructions. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to contact Envico in good time if the joining instructions have not been received.
Contacting Envico over the weekend or on the morning of the course for this information may result in the clients late arrival to the venue. In the event of late arrival the course instructor may refuse the client access to the course, in which case 100% of the fees will be payable and Envico will not be held responsible in any way.
