A well administered and delivered course which imparted a great deal of necessary knowledge. Trainer allowed group and class participation and clearly had the right level of experience and knowledge to conduct the course.

My instructor Malcolm kept the course flowing nicely throughout the two days. He addressed the main topics without going over the top, these courses can get a bit intense if lots of information is thrown at you in a short space of time. The facilities were nice and clean with hot drinks always being provided. Iv'e recommended Envico to a colleague who put one of his operatives through a SMSTS course again in Hull. I would have no hesitation booking any training for myself or my staff with Envico

Whilst there were sections of the pre-set presentations that were good, there were videos that felt totally irrelevant, some of the imagery used for \"examples of risk\" were poor and the animation left more than to be desired. The content of the booklet however, was excellent. Whilst additional handouts were given to help expand knowledge, it was unclear without additional clarification which parts given were course specific and which were to help give a better over all understanding of the i
