Alison felt that a lot of time was spent on some things that she didn\'t find as relevant as others The course material was poor. no video\'s great location, poor facilities

Great course covers a lot but is presented in relaxed, friendly and interactive way making it easier to absorb - Friendly, Knowledgeable and approachable instructor - overall very good - would recommend to anyone

I have to say the instructor was the best I have ever had over the several first aid courses I have been on in the past few years. She kept us engaged and I felt I learnt more and retained more than I had previously, cant say enough how enjoyable and informative she made it – so thank you very much!!!
